The proverb "People who live in glass houses should not throw stones" dates back several hundred years, and many authors have used it to warn folks against judging others, especially when you share the same character flaws, commit the same crimes, and make the same consistent moral misjudgments. I found a version of this statement in Benjamin Franklin's 1733 Poor Richard's Almanac: "Don't throw stones at your neighbors if your own windows are glass." A modern phrase I heard on a podcast recently, channeled by Paul Selig, an author who channels "The Guides," puts it this way: "What you damn damns you back," meaning energetic judgment pulls you down to the same low vibration you project. When you "Damn" someone and/or label them as evil, view them as completely separate from yourself, or as unworthy of understanding, the opposite happens: you match the frequency of the soul you are othering and turn into the lower-vibration match of anger, fear, and guilt of the person you are judging as malevolent. Conversely, “What and who you bless blesses you back" does not mean blessing bad behavior; on the other hand, it recognizes the truth of who someone is and a light spark of the divine beyond fear or illusion. My new practice is to find human behavior I admire, then post a like or a congratulations comment on the page it is a quick fix to constantly commenting on what is wrong, more of a glass-half-full outlook.
I regularly say, “ I like everyone”; all races, religious backgrounds, and the so-called outdated class system, from my point of view, need to be thrown off a cliff; the collective needs to stop measuring a person by how much money you have in the bank; religious background or ethnicity, more specifically, I generally live from the New Earth Oneness๐ perspective and the Christ Consciousness. Christ Consciousness, part of the 5D vibration new paradigm, has nothing to do with organized religion; nevertheless, here is a quote from the traditional Bible: "Let any one of you who is without sin be the first to throw a stone" (John 8:7). This scripture has been one of my most cherished verses for years. However, it can be the hardest to follow steadily. The quandary I find myself in is judging the judgmental person. Case in point, I jokingly call myself a Purple to describe my political party affiliation, for I view the Red and Blue parties as both the same, different wings of the same sick, dying bird from the old Earth paradigm. Yet when I chat with someone who shows outrage at a particular political party and starts using curse words and rage-filled insults toward anyone, even if I am neutral, the energy circulating them eventually whips into a furious frenzy, triggered by ancestral trauma that gets expressed in the now in an often coarse, rigid way. The quality of the discussion degrades to the point where the atmosphere is so dense it's clear how debates escalate into battles and turn into political wars. That person is now at the equivalent low vibration frequency of the politician, elected official, or government servant they claim to despise, filled with anger, judgment, and fear, which damages their own nervous system, weakens the immune system, and, most importantly, divines family members, friends, and neighbors just attempting to have a pleasant day! My theory is that “they " the one percent, run the world behind the scenes primary scheme is to get the average law-abiding citizen, known to them as “the peasants,” or laborer, fighting among themselves the ordinary folks of all nationalities just attempting to create some semblance of happiness- to cut each other down, to separate and isolate the masses into aggressive battling subgroups, to subjugate the so-called subjects. Another objective is to tear up family systems and communities; don't fall into this carefully laid animal trap hidden in your city or small town. Once trapped, you have to gnaw off your own foot to get out; devouring your human body and spirit is a slow, agonizing way to die! Instead of doing this because of paid-off political parties, one policy, or one political issue you disagree with a family member, old friend, or neighbor about, create an organic cookout instead, party, dance tell jokes create laughter. Let's say during a major ice storm your car flipped over, do you really feel the average person in your neigborhood would question you on your politics before calling 911 and making a sincere efford to get you out if the car if in danger of exploding, especially if you had your children in the car? Only maybe 1% would not help or would take pleasure in your distress; keep that in mind, next time you are walking around judging folks in your town. A glass-half-full of fresh spring water mentality is what is required most now; however, a rescue by a typical local person doesn't make the headline news daily, because if it “bleeds it leads,” then more pharmaceuticals can be sold to you to calm you down from chronic anxiety or triggered PTSD. They gotcha; you are now hooked of a pharmacuetical, instead of sipping on a soothing cup of lemon balm and chamomile tea to deeply relax while listening to sound-healing sessions with crystal bowls, pan drum, Native American flute, wind chimes, and Tibetan bowls in person or on SoundCloud or Spotify low cost, no dreadful side effects.
Let me circle back to my original quandary: how do I maintain or you if this appears on your feed today, a pleasant, cheerful, and satisfying interaction with someone who watches mainstream media nightly to, in their own words, “ To stay on top of what is happening in the world”? Those are their words, not mine: human beings that ingest mamouth amounts violent content daily, with one political party, race of people, or religious group presented as the cause of the bloodshed, listening to copious of reports from around the globle as “facts” gosple truth instead of realizing some of it is only gossip headline embellished stories to sell advertising, to get more money in the hands of the immense Military Contractors, Big Agriculture, or Big Pharma Companies, case in point the vaccine solution to the Covid pandemic that now has been traced back to a gain-of-function lab in Wuhan, China, with the funding coming from Dr. Anthony Fauci to continue this highly risky hazardous research, and a vaccine that is linked to myocardisis, rise in agressive cancers according to Dr Peter McCullough and countless other highly credentialed doctors on both the more mainstream medicine and ones on the holistic side of the fence coming together on this one issue. To reiterate, I like everyone; however, I do not trust some of the big corporations whose objective is to make maximum profits without regard for how it will affect the masses, or politicians led astray by big under-the-table payoffs. Yet ranting, raving, and judging, in my humble opinion, makes the situation immeasurably worse for now; yet another group of souls is drowning in bitterness, projecting it out into our Blue Planet, turning it deep red, with no healthy release mechanism to cleanse out the malice and replace it with pure golden light and love.
My initial question: how do I process extreme judgemental statements without judging the judges them for judging others. that was a mouth full! Or do I walk away when they express loathing toward a particular person, ethnic group, or political party based on questionable data collected by one side of the divide, and avoid their venom and acidity splashing on me and temporarily scaring me in that moment?
Solution: I will go back to the daily drawing board of my day-to-day practice, which consists of kundalini yoga, reciting mantras, sound healing, walking in the woods, drinking medicinal teas, and eating clean organic foods, plus ceremonies when the astrology is right for release or infusion of light while sipping a delicious cup of ceremonial cacao. If you find yourself in this quandary, try some of the holistic solutions I laid out here to get your body, mind, and spirit back to equilibrium if your soul calls you in that direction in the meantime my guidiance is stay out of the street fights!
